End of Support
Thank you for being a part of our CYNC/C by GE user community. As we expand our portfolio, a new generation of products will replace old favorites to expand your opportunities.
In most instances, there will be direct replacements. In select instances, some products may be sunset without a direct replacement to allow us to focus on categories driving the widest consumer benefit. These products will fall into two categories: Discontinued and No Longer Manufactured.
1. Discontinued Products
GE Lighting, a Savant Company is no longer manufacturing the following products and has discontinued all hardware and software service, and product support.

The following items are no longer being manufactured, though you may still find existing stock at retail. GE Lighting, a Savant Company may withhold platform feature upgrades for these devices. However, we are committed to providing technical support for the features and benefits these products offer today.
