Yes. Through the Cync App, you can choose from millions of colors as well as preset or customizable light shows. Each bulb can be individually controlled to be a different color and are dimmable.
Are the bulbs on the Cafe Lights plastic or glass?
The bulbs are plastic.
Can I use the Cafe Lights outside?
Our Dynamic Effects Smart Cafe Lights are wet rated to withstand weather so you can enjoy them all year long. Our Cafe Lights are outdoor IP65-rated and UV resistant.
Do Cync Cafe Lights work with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?
Cync Cafe Lights only work with 2.4 GHz but is compatible with most routers that combine 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single network.
Where is the best place to install Cync Cafe Lights?
Cync Cafe lights come with open hooks, allowing you to quickly hang the lights on fences, trees, or patio areas without hassle, creating a stylish and functional outdoor space.
What are some tips for installing the Cync Cafe Lights?
- Install the lights within Wi-Fi range.
- When installing on a rope or cable, hook every other bulb on the rope/cable. Leaving more than two consecutive bulbs unsupported may lead to sagging over time.
- Do not nail through the light’s wire. Instead, hang the lights using the eyehole above each bulb.
- Avoid placings the light strop over sharp edges as this could damage the wire.
- Ensure the control box is installed vertically.
What is the Manufacture Warranty?
Our Cync Cafe Lights come with a 2-Year Manufacture Warranty.
Are these Cafe Lights compatible outside of the US and Canada?
Currently, Cync Cafe Lights are only available in the US and Canada.
Is there a limit to the number of lights I can connect to the Cync app?
In the Cync app, we recommend no more than 50 smart devices in one app Home.
