How long are the Cafe Lights?
Our Dynamic Effects Outdoor Smart Eave Lights come in 100ft strands, separated into 25ft sections for easy installation.
Can I trim these Eave Lights?
Yes this product is trimmable. We provide a wire cap in the box.
Are the Eave Lights extendable?
Yes, these are extendable up to 150ft without an additional power source.
Can I change the color of the bulbs on the Eave Lights? Are the bulbs dimmable?
Yes. Through the Cync App, you can choose from millions of colors as well as preset or customizable light shows. Each light can be individually controlled to be a different color and are dimmable.
Are the bulbs on the Eave Lights plastic or glass?
The LED lens are plastic.
Can I use the Eave Lights outside?
Our Dynamic Effects Smart Eave Lights are wet rated to withstand weather so you can enjoy them all year long. Our Eave Lights are outdoor IP65-rated.
Do Cync Eave Lights work with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?
Cync Lights only work with 2.4 GHz but is compatible with most routers that combine 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single network.
Where is the best place to install Cync Eave Lights?
Cync Eave Lights are designed to be installed along the eave & roofline of your home and garage.
What are some tips for installing the Cync Eave Lights?
- Install the lights within Wi-Fi range.
- When installing measure out the length and design you desire.
- Use the two sided tape to temporarily adhere the Eave Lights to your home, to ensure proper placement, design, and functionality.
- Finish the installation using the provided clips to secure the product to the home.
What is the Manufacture Warranty?
Our Cync Eave Lights come with a 2-Year Manufacture Warranty.
Are these Eave Lights compatible outside of the US and Canada?
Currently, Cync Eave Lights are only available in the US and Canada.
Is there a limit to the number of lights I can connect to the Cync app?
In the Cync app, we recommend no more than 50 smart devices in one app Home.
Can I use mount my Eave Lights only using the adhesive backing on the product?
No, the adhesive backing is meant for a temporary hold while you are designing placement for your Eave Lights. To ensure your Eave Lights stay put, screw the lights in place using the included cable clips.
