Installing Outdoor Plugs

Mounting the Cync Outdoor Smart Plug.

If you choose to mount your Outdoor Smart Plug, make sure the distance between the plug and ground is at minimum of 12 inches. 

1. Identify where you want to mount your plug. 
2. Mark the location for hole to be drilled. 
3. Using 15/64" bit, drill hole in wall for mounting screw. 
4. Insert anchor and install screw in desired location leaving 3/16" of the screw exposed. 
5. Align mounting hold with screw head, slide the bracket over the crew head and let the plug drop down to lock in place.
