Reset Process with Light Switch

The following process will factory reset your Cync Wafer Downlight.

1. Turn your wafer downlight on and off at the light switch 5 times, or until the light blinks.
   
   
2. Once your light blinks, it has been reset.
   
   

Reset Process with Quick Connector

The following process will factory reset your Cync Wafer Downlight without the use of a light switch.

1. Turn off your wafer downlight.
   
   
2. Carefully remove your wafer downlight from the ceiling.
   
   
3. Disconnect and reconnect the quick connector from the junction box five times.
   
   
   
   
4. The wafer has been reset.
