Invite Guest Access
Share your Cync Home with other people who need access to control your Cync devices.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Users.
- Tap the (+) icon in the upper right corner.
- Enter the email address of the guest you are inviting.
- Your guest will receive an email invite.
Once they've accepted the invitation, they will have access to control the Cync devices in your Cync Home.
Troubleshooting
If you are unable to accept your guest invite to the Cync app, follow these steps:
- Disconnect from Wi-Fi on your mobile phone.
- Open and login to the Cync app.
- Tap Settings.
- Select Switch Homes.
- Tap Accept Invite.
If you still receive an error with accepting the invite, restart the mobile phone with the master Cync account and the mobile phone accepting the guest invite. Then, repeat the steps above.
