How long are the Neon-Shape Light Strips?

Our Neon-Shape Lights are available in 10ft and a 16ft lengths.

Are the Neon-Shape Light Strips trimmable?

Yes, the Neon-Shape Light can be trimmed by cutting where indicated in black on the strip. The light can be trimmed every 2.8 inches.

Are the Neon-Shape Light Strips extendable?

No, these lights are not extendable.

Are any limitations on bending the Neon-Shape Light Strips?

Minimum bending distance is 2in.

Do I need to prep the surface I plan to install my Cync Neon-Shape Light on?

For best results, make sure the surface is dry and free of oil contamination. We recommend you install the neon-shape light in temperatures above 50° F (10° C).

Can I use the Cync Neon-Shape Lights outside?

It is not recommended. The product is for use indoors, which means they must be protected against the elements.

Do Neon-Shape Smart Light Strips work with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?

Cync Neon-Shape Lights only work with 2.4 GHz but is compatible with most networks that combine 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single network.

Are these light strips compatible outside of the US and Canada?

Currently, Cync lights are only available in the US and Canada.

Is there a limit to the number of lights I can connect to the Cync app?

In the Cync app, we recommend no more than 50 smart devices in one app Home.

Cync Neon-Shape lights are compatible with first party Google devices such as:

Are Neon-Shape Lights compatible with Wink?
