How big are the Hexagon Panels?

Our Hexagon Panels are 180mm wide and 17.5mm thick.

Can I purchase and add more Hexagon Panels?

Yes, we offer the Smart Hexagon Panel Extend Kit for purchase; which includes 5 additional panels and 4 linking cables.

How many Hexagon Panels can be used in a single setup?

A total of 20 Hexagon Panels can be used on a single power adapter.

Do I need to prep the surface I plan to install my Hexagon Panels on?

For best results, make sure the surface is dry and free of oil contamination. We recommend you install the Hexagon Panels in temperatures above 50° F (10° C).

Can I use the Hexagon Panels outside?

It is not recommended. The product is for use indoors, which means they must be protected against the elements.

Do Hexagon Panels work with 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands?

Cync Hexagon Panels only work with 2.4 GHz but is compatible with most networks that combine 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands into a single network.

Can I control the Hexagon Panels without Internet Connection?

Yes. You should be able to control the Hexagon Panels using Bluetooth. However, without an internet connection some features may be limited.

Are these light strips compatible outside of the US and Canada?

Currently, Cync Hexagon Panels are only available in the US and Canada.
